  • 24 hour cancellation policy.
  • No show appointments will be charged the full service price.
  • Same day cancellation will be charged 50% of the service total.
  • No returns accepted for opened retail products unless there is an allergic reaction.
  • All Gift Certificates and packages are non refundable and can only be transferred to other services.
  • Credit for service or other retail product on unopened products within 60 days.
  • Permanent Makeup Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward services.
